Chicken Supreme is a skinless, boneless breast of chicken that is roasted in the olive oil to a certain brown perfection, and then served into a mixture of various creamy veggies. For the preparation of Chicken Supreme, we need to carry out the following steps and the ingredients necessary are also presented below:

 

Chicken Supreme Recipe

Step 1: Take the amount of  Chicken breasts as per your need and the parts you like.

Step 2: Sprinkle salt and pepper in that chicken breast.

Step 3: Mix/Dust that chicken breasts with the flour.

Step 4: Light the gas.

Step 5: Put some olive oil in the pan.

Step 6: After the olive oil gets heated, gently put that in the pan.

Step 7: Flip the side when they turned out to be brown.

Step 8: Take it out when they are brown.

Step 9: Now fry the chopped mushrooms in that left out oil.

Step 10: Add Shallots, bacon, minced garlic, and mix it out.

Step 11: Deglaze with white wine.

Step 12: Add some Chicken stock water, cream, and salt as per your taste.

Step 13: Add some pepper then put that chicken breast in that mixture.

Step 14: Cook it for 5-7 minutes.

Your dish will be ready. Decorate it with coriander leaves and other ingredients as per your need.
