Chicken Chilli is generally prepared with boneless chicken.It can be used as dry snack in a party as a great starter or at events.To prepare this dish first of all you just need to have boneless chicken chunks as per your need.Then you will need finely chopped capsicums,onions, green chilies, garlic and ginger,vinegar and tomatoes.

 

Fry the chicken chunks in a oil for 5-10 minutes.After the chicken chunks are fried properly,take it out from the pan and remove the excessive oil from the pan.In the remaining oil fry finely chopped capsicums,onions, green chilies, garlic and ginger,vinegar and tomatoes.Add the fried chicken chunks in it with all the required spices like salt,pepper as per your taste.Add some sauce on it before 2 minutes of closing the flame.If you want some amazing flavours sprinkle some spices(masala) on it. And your yummy dish is ready.

The ingredients that you need to prepare this dish are:
Boneless Chicken – 1 kgs
capsicums – 200 gm
onions – 150gm
green chilies – as per your taste
garlic and ginger – half spoon
tomatoes – 100gm
pepper,salt,oil,some spices,sauce,etc.
